National Secretariat meeting of the party, held on 15 May 2026, passed the following resolution.

Resolution 2:

Repeal of the NEET Examination

The repeated leakage of NEET question papers is not an isolated incident but a recurring failure that exposes deep-rooted corruption and the alarming influence of the education mafia in the country. This pattern of malpractice reflects a categorical failure of the government to safeguard the integrity of one of the most critical examinations in the nation.

Beyond corruption, the NEET examination has long been a subject of widespread concern across various regions of the country. Students from rural areas and economically weaker sections are placed at a severe disadvantage, as they are unable to afford the expensive coaching and preparation that NEET demands. This has effectively made medical education inaccessible to a large section of deserving students, deepening existing social and economic inequalities.

There has been a long-standing and legitimate demand from states, educationists, and student communities to repeal NEET and restore the right of states to conduct their own medical entrance examinations in accordance with their local needs and conditions.

It is therefore resolved that the NEET examination must be repealed immediately, and the autonomy of states to design and conduct their own medical entrance processes must be fully restored
