Madhya Pradesh politics once again prove the lowest level of corruption by BJP: SDPI
The Social Democratic Party of India, (SDPI), has expressed dismay at the political melodrama unfolding in Madhya Pradesh with BJP reportedly triggering to destabilise the Congress Government in the state to grab power through the back door. After Arunachal Pradesh, Goa and Karnataka now Madhya Pradesh is witnessing hijacking of political power by BJP in broad day light while reportedly luring MLAs with hefty money bags.
SDPI National general secretary Abdul Majeed in a statement said that the BJP’s lust for power is in full display with the party holding hostage more than one-and-half dozen Congress MLAs in Bangalore, who bear allegiance to their mentor Jyotiraditya Scinda. These MLAs including six ministers have reportedly resigned from the M. P. Vidhan Sabha.
Abdul Majeed said Jyotiraditya Scinda dramatically quit the party to make way for BJP to form their government in the state. He questioned the credibility of Scindia who joined hands with the BJP. He belongs to a royal family that is marked in history for the art of betreyal. His ancestor Jayajirao Scindia had refused refuge to Maharani Laxmibai for the sake of power and always remained loyal to the British.
The statement also said, instead of facing so many real problems, the BJP government at the Centre is spending all their energy, time and resources to topple non-BJP Governments in the states. BJP is indulging in open corruption of putting the money they have earned through wrong routes such as Demonetization
for the purchase of power. BJP which promised a Corruption Free Government had become the most corrupt government of all times as the numbers suggest. How can you have such a huge money to overturn the elected Governments previously in Karnataka and now in Madhya Pradesh?
Abdul Majeed said that it is left with Madhya Pradesh voters in the next by-election to the newly vacant seats to put an end for this kind of back door power grabbing spreading like virus.
