It is the Tears of Indian Muslims It was the tears of Indian Muslims that flowed from the eyes of Dushyant Dave, the former President of the Supreme Court Bar Association and one of India’s foremost lawyers, during the interview with Karan Thapar.Dave broke into tears during the interview while referring to the verdicts by the then CJI on Barbri Masjid and Gyan Vyapi Masjid. Dave says that the former CJI was playing in the hands of the BJP, and Justice Chandrachud did a great disservice to India by permitting the survey of mosques.

The former CJI stands fully responsible for the death of six Muslim youths in the Sambhal police firing, an incident that stemmed from the survey of the Masjid. It was he who opened Pandora’s Box of digging out the underground of Masjids by allowing to survey the Gyan Vyapi Masjid, circumventing the Places of Worship Act 1991.
