The Supreme Court’s reaction to the Defence Colony Welfare Association (DCWA) encroachment on the Gumti of Shaikh Ali, a Lodi-era tomb in Delhi, is very positive and a badly needed intervention in the present communally super-saturated Indian socio-political milieu.
