From Gaza to Qatar: SDPI Demands End to Israel’s Terror

Mohammad Shafi, National Vice President of the Social Democratic Party of India, unequivocally condemns Israel’s cowardly attack on the sovereignty of Qatar, a brazen violation of international law and norms. This unprovoked assault in Doha, targeting Hamas leadership, not only endangers innocent lives but also undermines Qatar’s pivotal role as a mediator in regional peace efforts. Such acts of aggression expose Israel’s disregard for diplomatic sanctity and must be met with universal outrage.

Israel stands as a grave threat to the entire Asian continent and beyond. It is not content with direct attacks; it orchestrates proxy wars, conducts targeted killings, spies on foreign leaders, steals sensitive data, supplies weapons to terrorist groups, and arms fascist elements worldwide. From Gaza to Lebanon, Yemen, Syria, and now Qatar, Israel’s expansionist policies fuel instability, sowing seeds of division and conflict across nations. Asian countries, including India, must recognize this peril and unite against such hegemonic interference that jeopardizes our collective security and sovereignty.

Furthermore, Israel’s ongoing genocide in Gaza is a humanitarian catastrophe of unparalleled scale. Over 67,000 Palestinians have been killed, with countless more subjected to starvation, displacement, and indiscriminate bombings. The deliberate blockade and destruction of infrastructure have turned Gaza into a living hell, where children and civilians bear the brunt of this barbarity. The world cannot ignore these atrocities any longer.

A resounding global consensus is emerging, more than two-thirds of the world’s nations are urging the United Nations to impose a comprehensive embargo on Israel and initiate decisive military action. The global outcry to free Palestine must be realized now, transforming words into tangible justice. The UN must act immediately, enlisting the support of major powers like Russia and China to enforce military intervention against Israel. This is not merely a call for accountability—it is a demand for an end to impunity and the restoration of peace.

The SDPI stands in solidarity with the Palestinian people and all victims of Israeli aggression. We call upon the Indian government to join this international chorus, sever ties with aggressors, and champion the cause of justice. Let us build a world free from occupation and terror.
