Statement of Modi that India is moving towards secular civil code and his emphasis on “One Nation” to support it, is a brazen act of violation of the Article 1 (1) of the Constitution, which states “India, that is Bharat, shall be a Union of States,” and the fundamental right of freedom to follow, practice and propagate any religious faith.
