SDPI Pune District Organises Leadership Development Program

Pune: The Social Democratic Party of India (SDPI), Pune District, organised a Leadership Development Program at Welcome Hall in Kondhwa, Pune. The program was aimed at strengthening the leadership capabilities of party office-bearers and enhancing organisational effectiveness.

The program witnessed the participation of SDPI office-bearers from various parts of Pune district.

SDPI Maharashtra State In-Charge Abdul Hannan (Karnataka), State President Azhar Tamboli, State General Secretary Sarfaraz Shaikh, State Secretary Taj Siddiqui, State Working Committee members Dilawar Sayyed and Shagufta Shaikh, along with Pune District President Aslam Sayyed and members of the Pune District Working Committee, were present at the event.

The training sessions covered various aspects of leadership development, organisational planning, effective functioning and strengthening the leadership skills of office-bearers.

The participants responded enthusiastically to the program, which focused on preparing office-bearers for more effective organisational responsibilities and leadership roles.
