Repeal or Radically Amend the Draconian UAPA

The NRC reiterates that the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA) is a draconian and inhuman law that has been systematically used as a tool of political oppression. This Act has gravely infringed upon the fundamental rights guaranteed under the Constitution. The NRC demands its repeal or radical amendment in line with constitutional safeguards.
