The demand of the Delhi Chief Minister Atishi that a report submitted by the Delhi Waqf Board to the JPC reviewing the Waqf Amendment Bill be treated as null and void; as the Delhi Waqf Board administrator Ashwini Kumar submitted the report without the Delhi government’s approval, clearly points out to the plan of the ruling party to use any means to get the Act amended.
