Strengthen the Organisation, Deepen Grassroots Engagement, and Ensure Better Electoral Performance: M. K. Faizy

M. K. Faizy, National President of the Social Democratic Party of India, called for strengthening the organisation, deepening grassroots engagement, and ensuring better electoral performance in the upcoming Assembly and Lok Sabha elections while inaugurating the SDPI Uttar Pradesh Election Conclave at Hotel Awadh Court in Lucknow. The conclave brought together party office bearers, committee members, and grassroots workers from across the state for focused deliberations on electoral strategy and organisational consolidation.

In his address, M. K. Faizy outlined the party’s roadmap for the upcoming elections, stressing coordinated efforts, data driven campaigning, and sustained public engagement. Reaffirming the party’s commitment to safeguarding the Constitution and strengthening democratic values, he highlighted the importance of protecting the rights, dignity, and progress of the people. He called upon cadres to actively engage with public issues, enhance grassroots cooperation, and present the party as a strong and credible political alternative.

The programme was presided over by State President Nizamuddin Khan, who in his opening remarks emphasised organisational unity, cadre discipline, and the importance of booth level preparedness. He urged party workers to expand outreach among marginalized and underprivileged sections and to further strengthen the party’s grassroots presence.

National Vice President Muhammad Shafi, who attended as Guest of Honour, underlined the importance of political awareness, voter outreach, and continuous public engagement. He encouraged party workers to focus on local issues and build lasting trust among the people.

Also present were National Treasurer and Uttar Pradesh In charge Abdul Sattar, National Working Committee Member Abdul Mueed, and National Convener of Young Democrats Advocate Renu Devi Singh. They shared their perspectives on strengthening the organisation, improving resource management, and enhancing election preparedness, while emphasising better coordination across all levels of the party.

The conclave witnessed active participation from delegates representing branch, assembly, and district level committees. The sessions focused on key areas such as booth management, voter outreach campaigns, media strategy, and expansion of the party’s base across Central Uttar Pradesh.

The programme concluded with a collective resolve to further strengthen the organisation, deepen grassroots engagement, and work dedicatedly to ensure better performance in the upcoming elections, while upholding democratic values and constitutional principles.

The proceedings were conducted by State General Secretary Muhammad Nadeem. The welcome address was delivered by State Vice President Haroon Sahil, and the vote of thanks was presented by State Secretary Furqan Ahmad. The presence of State Executive Members Sahibe Alam, Mohammad Riyaz, and Dilshad Ahmad, among others, was also noted.
