Stop Misuse of Preventive Detention Laws

The NRC strongly objects to the rampant misuse of preventive detention laws, which have effectively nullified constitutional guarantees of freedom of conscience, expression, and association. These laws have been weaponised against political opponents, minorities including Muslims, Sikhs, Christians, Tribals, and progressive sections among SCs and OBCs.
