Make the Delimitation Commission Permanent and Population-Based

The NRC demands that the Delimitation Commission of India be made permanent and mandatory after every General Census. Parliamentary and Assembly seats should be rationalised strictly based on population criteria, with regular rotation of reserved seats, ensuring fairness and constitutional equity.
