SDPI National General Secretary Muhammad Elyas Thumbe presented the concept paper at the National Symposium on Dialogue on Waqf and Uniform Civil Code in Jaipur. His presentation outlined the objectives of the symposium and provided a comprehensive framework for discussions on the constitutional, legal and social dimensions of Waqf and the proposed Uniform Civil Code, emphasising the need for informed public discourse and the protection of constitutional rights.
