Establish a Statutory Equal Opportunity Commission

In view of rampant favouritism, nepotism, caste discrimination, and communal antagonism entrenched in governance, the NRC demands the permanent statutory establishment of an Equal Opportunity Commission, with adequate powers to address inequality and injustice, particularly against socially and educationally weaker sections.
